Kraken Chains first opened in March 2021 in Jeff’s Backyard, where both businesses are owned and operated by the same family of San Antonio natives. Our shop aims to give disc golfers a place to walk in anytime and be able to choose from a large selection of almost every major disc golf brand in the world. We also carry our own Kraken Chains branded merchandise such as jerseys, hats, stickers and custom stamped discs if you want to show your support and style on the course.

We carry almost every major disc golf manufacturer and brand in shop, but if we don’t have what you’re looking for feel free to ask us about adding to our inventory! Kraken Chains is always stocked up on local Texas brands like Mint Discs out of Austin and Lone Star Disc out of Conroe. We currently have 3 different stamps across 9 different Mint molds! All dyes are done in house and sell for $25ea, contact us about custom dye jobs!
Discs aren’t the only thing you need to play a round. We have bags & backpacks, insulated water bottles, disc retrievers, chalk bags, glow tape & UV lights for on the course. Zuca and Rover carts to take some of the weight off of your shoulders or practice baskets for at home putting. We host mini tournaments at different courses most Mondays, monthly putting tournaments at the shop and our own big tournaments soon! We have hosted clinics in the past and would love to help with any disc golf projects or events you have coming up. Follow our club page on Facebook to stay up to date on our events.
