Kraken Chains first opened in March 2021 in Jeff’s Backyard, where both businesses are owned and operated by the same family of San Antonio natives. Our shop aims to give disc golfers a place to walk in anytime and be able to choose from a large selection of almost every major disc golf brand in the world. We also carry our own Kraken Chains branded merchandise such as jerseys, hats, stickers and custom stamped discs if you want to show your support and style on the course.

We carry almost every major disc golf manufacturer and brand in shop, but if we don’t have what you’re looking for feel free to ask us about adding to our inventory! Kraken Chains is always stocked up on local Texas brands like Mint Discs out of Austin and Lone Star Disc out of Conroe.
There will also be a selection of dyed discs when you walk into our shop available on a wide variety of brands and molds. All of our dyes are done by Jerad and usually sell for $25+ tax. If you are interested in having a particular disc of yours dyed, please let us know and we will give you a price and estimated time to complete the job.
There’s more to the game than just discs and we make sure to stay stocked on everything you need for a day on the course or just some practice at the house. From baskets to backpacks, insulated water bottles, chalk bags, disc retrievers, glow tape and more, Kraken Chains is your one stop shop for everything disc golf related.
